You retain any and all of your rights to any Content (event details, bio, photos) you submit, post, or display. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that Content for the purpose of operating the Service.

4. Real-World Interactions (Disclaimer of Liability)

TrustHop simply facilitates connections. We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users.

We are not responsible for the actions of users offline, physical safety at events, or any disputes arising from interactions that began on our platform. You agree to use your best judgment, meet in public places, and prioritize your personal safety.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time via your Profile settings.
